Karen Wilson

Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer 


Karen Wilson serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Educational Mapping Resources. She is responsible for overseeing and leading Community Outreach Initiatives involved with designing and implementing strategies for expanding outreach to individuals needing consultation in areas of career development. She is responsible for providing daily operational leadership, with the focus to educate and strengthen relationships within our communities. leading to sustainable career pathways.

Karen is a graduate of The University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education. Karen also has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Aspen University in Denver, Colorado.

She is a Board of Director for Rubicon Programs, Member of the Kaiser Permanente African American Professional Association, and she served on Chevron’s Richmond Economic Revitalization Committee. Karen has received three National Awards from the State of California for her work in Eliminating Health Disparities.

Chief Development Officer

Amanda Plaisimond

Amanda Norwood-Plaisimond is a Healthcare and Support of Living Professional with over 13 years in Digital Imaging Technology and Owner and Chief Operation Officer of Upfront LLC Transportation Services and Co-Founder of Outcomes Supportive Living Services. Amanda who is passionate about serving her communities is extremely excited to be apart of an organization and team that services many layers of educational development.

Amanda grew up in Berkeley, California and graduated from Berkeley High School and attended Philander Smith College, (HBCU) in Little Rock, AR with a major in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration.

Amanda’s goal is to lead by example, exhibiting good ethics and ambition for enhancing quality of life for youth and disabled individuals of our communities while supporting individuals to help them reach their professional and educational goals.

Chief Financial Officer

Alisha Anglade

Alisha Anglade is a native of Berkeley, CA, and graduated from Berkeley High School and attended San Francisco State University majoring in Health Sciences with a minor in Radiological Sciences. Alisha has over 12 years of working as a  Radiologic Technologist and is the Chief Operations Officer for Outcomes Supportive Living Services.  She manages daily operations including state regulatory requirements under Title 17 and brings diversified strategic planning for Direct Care Providers. She is responsible for liaison consumer reporting and care planning developments. Alisha is also an Independent Facilitator for adults with disabilities. Alisha’s goal and commitment is to continue providing outstanding services to our communities while developing relationships to enhance better educational pathways and support.
